Our highly-trained and experienced team of in-house chefs take huge pride in what they do and always go above and beyond to deliver outstanding dishes and service. Not only are the menus creative and delicious, they also provide a wide variety of catering options, from hot fork buffets and superfood breakfasts  to street food stations and fine dining. Superfood menus

Any meeting or conference is only as good as its attendees. Give your delegates the fuel they need to perform their best with one of our superfood menus. With a wide selection of healthy choices including a main dish of Curly kale, chicory, roasted almond and honey-dressed baby beets salad and a dessert of Peach and black cherry quinoa crumble with low-fat crème fraîche custard, your guests will leave lunch fully re-charged, ready for their next session. The superfood menu options also cover breaks and breakfast, depending on your needs.

Street food

Give your guests something a little bit different by choosing our street food menus for your event. Whether you opt for European, Asian, Indian, British or American cuisine, we promise your guests will love the dishes we serve.

Canapés

Whether you’re serving canapés at a drinks reception or as a pre-dinner appetiser, there’s no other catering option that causes such a buzz amongst guests. This year our selection is exceptionally creative and, of course, delicious. Choose from savoury options like our Smoked salmon sushi roll with Thai asparagus and shitaki mushroom or Sun-dried tomato and cashew nut mousse filled cucumber with micro basil cress. When it comes to sweet treats, there’s Rose salt and pistachio dark chocolate tarts and Mini orange ripple ice cream 99 cones, to name but a few.

Formal dining

Weddings and celebration meals are the time when our chefs get to really show off their talents. Fine dining evenings at No.11 Cavendish Square are very special affairs and both the Venue and Catering teams pull out all the stops to ensure a truly memorable occasion. This year organisers will get to choose from a menu including such delights as a Smoked venison – quince jelly, parsnip puree and crisps, date yoghurt and toasted brioche starter. Mains like Fillet of halibut – carrot puree, lemon thyme rosti potato, tenderstem broccoli and charred chicory and desserts including Dark chocolate mousse – spiced cherries, biscotti and vanilla ice cream.

Sharing plates and Courtyard barbecues

For less formal events, sharing plates and barbecues can help break the ice and encourage interaction between your guests. The plates are inspired by a wide range of international cuisines and our barbecue menus include classic dishes and some inspired twists on old favourites.

Breakfast

If you’ve got important business to conduct, you can’t beat a morning meeting. Your guests will be fresh and feeling productive, and the allure of a good breakfast never hurts attendance numbers! Our breakfast options include individual rolls, continental, healthy and full English.

Suppliers and ingredients

Wherever possible we source locally-produced, seasonal ingredients from sustainable and ethical suppliers. As well as being imperative to creating the highest quality of food for our clients, we recognise the responsibility we have to the environment.
