1 - Location
One of the key attributes of No.11 Cavendish Square is its outstanding location in the heart of London’s West End. Nestled behind the bustling Oxford Street, the venue is surrounded by an abundance of high-end hotels, shopping facilities, and transport links (the venue is less than a five-minute walk from Oxford Circus). This means that event guests or delegates have many means of transport to reach the venue, famous nearby points of reference that make us easy to find, and plenty of places to stay overnight if required. We are able to recommend and have close affiliations to various local hotels.
2 - Size
Looking at the traditional townhouse facade of the No.11 building you wouldn’t necessarily believe that our largest conference space, the Burdett Theatre, can hold up to 282 delegates in theatre setup. This is a huge advantage if you are looking for a large space in this busy pocket of London, where spaces are typically much smaller.
3 - Blank Canvas
The interior of the Burdett is carpeted with sliding wooden-panelled walls. This tidy, simple template gives the opportunity for you to theme or structure the room to suit the requirements of your event. With draping and lighting we regularly turn the space into an elegant setting for wedding receptions, and we transform the appearance of the room every year to reflect our exciting Christmas party theme.

5 - Onsite catering
We are proud to work with one of London’s leading caterers, Food by Dish. Dish provides a team onsite here at No.11 on a full-time basis, consisting of highly trained kitchen staff and experienced floor management. Not only does this ensure an optimum quality of food service and preparation for guests, but also that your one point of contact here at No.11 will also have full access to catering arrangements for your event, meaning one less supplier for you to worry about!
6 - Adjoining Orangery
Adjacent to the Burdett is our beautiful Orangery. This bright and airy space boasts a glass, apex roof which allows natural light to flood into the room. There is capacity for up to 250 guests standing, allowing the ideal setting for a networking lunch during a conference, or a drinks reception before dining in the Burdett. It also provides space for exhibition and sponsor stands to ensure brand awareness is maximised.
7 - Outdoor space
Alongside the Orangery sits the tranquil and well-presented Courtyard Garden. The Courtyard Garden is a unique area of outdoor event space in the West End and is incredibly peaceful given the nearby bustling streets. With a living wall, water feature, elegant outdoor furniture and ample space the Courtyard Garden is a popular place for guests and delegates to relax with drink and food, and can also be used for a BBQ in the warmer months!
8 - Event Management team
Planning any event requires the pulling together of various event features (such as venue, catering, drinks, branding, AV etc) to fit together in perfect harmony. These features are often provided by specialist suppliers and it is the organiser’s responsibility to work with these suppliers. For every event at No.11 you will be assigned an event manager based onsite who will be your one point of contact to bring these event factors together. This saves you time and energy as our dedicated venue services team does all the hard work!
