Green Tourism is recognised by UK national and regional government as a crucial part of its drive towards sustainability. Achieving Green Tourism’s Silver Award shows that No.11 Cavendish Square shares its values in going green to both staff and customers and is committed to reducing its impact on the environment.

Award holders conserve the local economy by introducing guests to genuine experiences and by their commitment to sourcing produce sustainably and ethically. They are proud to promote the very best their destination has to offer and encourage guests to participate in a variety of local cultural and natural experiences.

The awards have a simple objective, namely, to encourage the highest possible standards in all 'away from home' washrooms. It is now considered as 'the washroom standard' and the Awards are supported by the national tourism bodies of England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Jersey
