Here at No.11 Cavendish Square, we have spaces fit for all occasions. Our largest room, the Burdett Suite, lends itself ideally to conferences, occasion dinners and everything in between. So whether you’re hosting a special sit down meal or a day full of talks and seminars for hundreds of delegates, the Burdett Suite will transform into exactly what you need for your event.
The space comfortably fits 282 guests in a theatre-style set up and boasts all the state-of-the-art facilities of a modern, purpose-built venue. Low-level staging offers the perfect platform for your speakers to deliver their content and our highly trained AV support staff will be with you every step of the way to ensure there are no technical hitches.
The 55” LED monitor is a fabulous asset to the space and is just one of the pieces of AV equipment that will enhance your presentations. Included in the room hire fee are table top microphones, an LCD data projector and a soundbar. We also have an extensive list of extra AV equipment available to hire.
Organisers hosting events in the Burdett Suite will be given their own in-house, designated event manager who will be on hand to help with all logistics from supplier liaison to on-the-day execution. This will give you the peace of mind and freedom to concentrate on the extras that will make your conference stand out from the crowd.
One of the best things about the Burdett Suite is its versatility. Its simple wood panelling walls create a blank canvas onto which organisers can really let their creative juices flow. When dressed to impress, the Burdett Suite has a wow factor your guests will remember for years to come. Our in-house caterer, foodbydish, is also renowned for making a lasting impression. Have a look at their formal dining menus to whet your appetite. The Pickled Beetroot Carpaccio starter is a popular choice, as is the French Trimmed Breast of Guinea Fowl main and the Exotic Fruit Panna Cotta dessert.
Layout and adjoining spaces
The beauty of a space the size of our Burdett Suite is that is can be changed to accommodate all sorts of events. From classroom and theatre-style layouts to reception, banquet and cabaret, whatever your seating requirements, we can arrange the room to fit. The adjoining catering space gives you an extra option if you need a separate area for refreshments. It can also be used as an exhibition or sponsor space. Positioned adjacent to the beautiful Orangery, the Burdett Suite is in an ideal location to work in partnership with this space to offer organisers two very different rooms if your event requires.
You can book the Burdett Suite for morning, afternoon, evening or all day sessions. Its capacity is from 120-300 attendees, depending on the layout and type of event you’re after.
