No.11 Cavendish Square provides one of the most luxurious wedding settings in London. A hidden gem amongst the bustling West End of London, the venue is a perfect combination of classic, elegant aesthetics and complete practicality.
Here we guide you on the journey through the venue that you and your guests would take on your big day!
Your guests’ arrival
No.11 is a grand townhouse that sits on London’s Cavendish Square and this is the entrance where your guests will enter the venue. Located just a five minute walk from both Oxford Circus and Bond Street underground stations, it is ideally positioned for easy access from anywhere in London. The Grade II listed property was built during the reign of George III and is quintessentially London in its design.
Entering the hallway of the townhouse your guests will be able to admire artwork adorning the walls and the grand carpeted staircase which leads up to other rooms in the venue.
After walking through the hallway you will be able to turn right, into the Garden Room. Looking out onto Cavendish Square at the front and our Courtyard at the back, natural light complements the room’s gentle and relaxed interior design. For larger weddings this area would be used as a cloakroom for guests to use on arrival, but can also be used for a drinks reception after the ceremony.
Once guests have left the Garden Room they will pass through the Courtyard, a uniquely tranquil outdoor space in such a lively area of London. Recently renovated, the Courtyard boasts a living wall, water feature and seating for guests to use throughout the day.
The Courtyard leads guests into the Orangery. With it’s peaked, fully glazed glass roof this space is flooded with natural light and is a truly beautiful setting for a ceremony of up to 165 guests.
