Our chefs
Jordan Ellis is our well-travelled and adventurous head chef. Thanks to a genuine passion for foraging, fishing and cooking in the wild, Jordan is a master of local, seasonal produce.
Running the pastry section is George. Born and raised in the kitchen, George uses his specialism in French and English cookery to create unique, contemporary flavours.
