The Maynard Suite
The Maynard Suite consists of a spacious, fully equipped theatre with a capacity of 165 (theatre style) and three breakout rooms for smaller numbers, all connected by a foyer which is an ideal space for catering and registration. The smaller rooms also boast retractable dividing walls which create more rooms and add another element of flexibility.
The Marlborough Suite
A slightly smaller version of the Maynard facility, the Marlborough Suite also consists of a large theatre connected to breakout rooms, all connected by a central foyer. Fully equipped with state of the art technology and sporting contemporary décor, the Marlborough and Maynard suites offer a truly turnkey solution for groups smaller than 165.
The Treasurer’s Room and President’s Room
Located in the Georgian townhouse section of our venue, these elegant and classically presented rooms provide a more formal environment, both of which enjoy plenty of natural light. The two rooms are connected by double doors, enabling each one to act as a breakout option for the other. The Treasurer’s Room (capacity of 16 pax) overlooks our stunning Courtyard and Orangery while the President’s Room (capacity of 24 pax) enjoys views of the lush, lively Cavendish Square. These comfortable, well-appointed spaces are ideal for smaller groups looking for a simple boardroom layout for training days or half-days.
The Garden Room
On the ground floor of our historical townhouse is the Garden Room. Leading from the front of the building through to the Courtyard, this airy and open space is a wonderful canvas to get creative with any branding and is perfect for activities or workshops which require a little extra space.
The Chris Ham Room
The newest addition to our versatile collection of spaces is the Chris Ham Room. Opening in May 2018, the ground floor room has a similar décor to the neighbouring Garden Room, while its size resembles that of the President’s Room with a seated capacity of 24 guests. Able to be arranged in a variety of table layouts, the room is truly flexible and enjoys a full suite of AV technology and even has magnetic walls. It is also completely soundproof - handy for letting natural light flood into the room without having to put up with any exterior noise.
Maxwell Room and Edward Room
Found on our first floor, these are two of our most popular spaces for training sessions. Connected by a short corridor, the Maxwell (72 capacity) and Edwards (120 capacity) Rooms share the same decor and are both enormously flexible with regards to seating and table layouts.
The largest space at No.11 Cavendish Square is the Burdett. Able to accommodate up to 300 guests seated in theatre style, the Burdett is a peaceful setting and is a truly unique size for this compact part of the city. With adjustable/removable staging, retractable dividing walls and state of the art projectors, screens and AV equipment, the Burdett is an excellent option for large groups looking to make a space work for them in the most bespoke way possible. With regards to catering for the large number of delegates, the adjoining Orangery with it’s stunning, glass apex roof is a beautiful setting for a working lunch.
