Stewart Warner Brings Culinary Excellence to No 11 Cavendish Square

We are thrilled to announce that Stewart Warner has joined No 11 Cavendish Square as our new Head Chef, starting on 10th February. Stewart brings a wealth of experience and a passion for culinary excellence to our team. Since his arrival, he has already begun to make his mark, impressing us with his dedication to quality and innovative approach to cooking.

We look forward to the exciting times and the delightful experiences Stewart will create for our clients.

Stewart Warner, Head Chef, tells us what got him interested in the world of food.

"I got into cooking from a young age because of a love of food. I've always been around fresh produce, as my father grew his own vegetables in the garden, a tradition I've continued myself and even expanded by raising chickens.

Most of my career has been spent in 5-star hotels such as The Dorchester and Coworth Park. During my time working in the Northwest, I was fortunate enough to win 3 AA Rosettes.

There isn't really anything I don't like to cook, as long as it's of the best quality. I prefer to use rare and traditional breed meats where possible, wild game, fresh sustainable seafood caught properly, such as line-caught fish."

Regi Raiuka, General Manager of Searcys, stated, "I'm super excited to be welcoming Stewart to the team. He's really impressed me since he joined us a few weeks ago. His passion for food and people came through immediately. I'm pretty sure we are up for very thrilling times ahead. I'm looking forward to all the 'oohs' and 'ahhs' from our clients!"
