Responsible Visitor Charter

We are delighted that you are visiting our venue. As an environmentally friendly organisation, we endeavour to minimise the impact of our services on the environment. As a visitor, we ask you to think of the suggestions we have put together and hopefully we can work together to make this a better world.

Conserve energy: Switch off lights and air conditioning units when you leave your room. Energy can also be saved by turning down air conditioning by just one degree or by keeping windows closed when heating or air conditioning is in use.

Use public transport: Our venue is centrally located and is within minutes of Bond Street and Oxford Circus underground station. We are also a few minutes’ walk from Oxford Street with its excellent and numerous bus routes serving all areas of London. Walking is a healthy, green alternative too.

Cycling: If you are located in London and wish to cycle to our venue, make use of our on-site bicycle storage facility. Alternatively, you could cycle using the Barclays Bicycle hire scheme – the nearest docking location is Little Argyll Street.

Enjoy our Range of Locally and Responsibly Sourced Produce: All of our menu’s contain locally and responsibly sourced fresh ingredients.

Reduce, re-use and recycle: Please use the appropriate recycling bins for waste. Delegate badges can be re-used so please leave unwanted items at reception and we will re-use for other events.

Water: Please use water wisely. Ensure that taps are turned off after washing your hands. Less than 1% of the earth’s water supply is drinkable so let’s not waste it.

Respect Nature: Please dispose of litter respectfully and use our cigarette bins located in the designated smoking areas to dispose of cigarette butts.

Support the Environment: It’s down to us to support environmental values and implement them in our daily actions. Please join us and embrace our environmental suggestions.
