No.11 Cavendish Square, a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse renowned for its exceptional event spaces and fine dining, has launched its highly anticipated Spring/Summer 2025 menu. This new offering promises to elevate the culinary experience for guests, focusing on sustainability, local sourcing, and innovative dishes.

The menu features a diverse array of options. Highlights include the Chef’s Daily Selection for working lunches, emphasizing the best local seasonal produce to minimize food wastage. Guests can also enjoy our new food station menus, which include Mykonos Market and Sushi Harbour.

Sustainability

  1. Ethical Sourcing: We champion British meat, ensuring all are British free-range and RSPCA-certified, helping achieve sustainable farming practices.
  2. Environmental Impact: We use British-grown and milled flour from growers adhering to Wild Farmed regenerative standards and sources fish and seafood. Helping reduce the carbon footprint.

Local Partners

  1. Support for Local Economy: By prioritising local and seasonal produce for all events, we support local British partners, contributing to the local economy and reducing transportation emissions.
  2. Unique Offerings: Collaborations with local producers, such as the exclusive Searcys English Sparkling Wine from a Vineyard in Guildford, provide guests with unique, high-quality local products.

  1. Nutritional Benefits: The Nourish menu packages are designed to offer the maximum nutritional benefit with a low to moderate CO2 footprint.
  2. Inclusive Options: Plant-based and vegetarian dishes are a key part of the menus, with a goal to make them 25% of all menus by the end of 2025.
