We understand booking your wedding venue will be one of the most important decisions you will make in your life, and before making a final decision there are various questions you would like to run through and discuss. At No.11 Cavendish Square we want to make this process as stress-free as possible for you and your partner, therefore we have created a list of the most frequently asked questions we have received from our previous happy couples along with a short explanation of our practices and policies.

Can you host a licensed ceremony as well as the wedding breakfast?
At No.11 Cavendish Square, we can host your wedding ceremony followed by the your wedding breakfast. We are licensed by the City of Westminster to host ceremonies with up to 200 people in three of our most opulent spaces.

What support do you offer couples that book No.11 Cavendish Square?
From your first contact with us you will be allocated an event manager who is there to assist with your planning through a series of meetings before your wedding. You will also meet the chef and catering manager at the complimentary tasting, allowing you to have a team of familiar faces working with you on the day.
What is included in No.11 Cavendish Square wedding package?
- Exclusive use of the ground floor rooms at our stunning Marylebone wedding venue
- Wedding package timings 1pm–midnight
- Set-up/supplier access can be arranged with your allocated event manager
- A dedicated event manager, to assist you with planning and on the day
- Three-course dinner with tea, coffee and petit four
- Complimentary menu tasting for weddings with guest numbers of more than 80
- Two glasses of Prosecco per person during drinks reception
- Half a bottle of house wine per person during dinner
- One glass of Prosecco per person for the toast
- Still or sparkling water
- Furniture (list available on request)
- PA system for speeches
- Cleaning and security
- Cake stand and knife
- No service charges
Can we bring in our own catering?
We have an exclusive contract with Searcys, and if you are looking for a bespoke menu please speak to your event manager. We can arrange a meeting with you, your event manager and the executive chef to discuss your requirements before the complimentary tasting. Our executive chef and his team have produced outstanding menus drawn from cuisines from around the world.
No.11 Cavendish Square does not permit dry hire for any type of event.
What time can our wedding go on until?
The City of Westminster has granted us a licence to serve alcohol until 12am, and we require all guests to have vacated the premises by 1am.
Where can we take our wedding photos?
At No.11 Cavendish Square, we have a beautiful courtyard garden, with a vibrant ‘living wall’, the perfect place for taking photos of the wedding party and their guests, creating memories you will be able to look back on in years to come.
As a notable townhouse we are also fortunate to have historic exteriors along with a ‘mews’ that transports you back in time. Beauty spots within a few minutes’ walk are the Cavendish Square gardens that sit directly opposite the townhouse or Regent’s Park with its vast green spaces and mature planting.
Do you have accommodation onsite for guests?
Unfortunately, we do not have any accommodation on site, however we offer a complimentary night stay for the newlyweds at the 4* Chesterfield Mayfair hotel along with discounted rates for friends and family.
Can I bring my own suppliers for branding/decorating?
You are welcome to bring your own suppliers to decorate the space; health and safety documentation and approval from management may be required depending on your plans.
When planning your day please take into consideration the time required for set-up and breakdown, if additional time is required for these activities (outside normal wedding package timings) please speak to your event manager.
Due to health and safety concerns we do not permit fireworks, smoke machines or candles anywhere on the premises.
Can you provide your own entertainment?
We have a range of preferred suppliers, but these are just recommendations, you are welcome to bring your own suppliers. All we ask is they provide the correct health and safety documentation and you let us know who your preferred suppliers are so we can ensure everything runs seamlessly on the day.
