Conference Season

The start of a new year is a hectic time for events professionals; finalising the event schedule while the spring conference season is fast approaching can be time consuming. Here at No.11 Cavendish Square, we like to help; we have 18 beautiful and distinctive spaces for clients, including large conference suites.

Our suites include versatile and modern theatres perfect for medium to large conferences and events, ranging from 50 to 280 guests; the largest of our spaces, the Burdett Suite, consists of a private registration area, cloakroom and green room, each with digital displays for your personalised branding. 

The main theatre has three large screens that span the length of the space, but before entering, you will be able to see our gorgeous and alluring Orangery and Courtyard. The Orangery is light and spacious, perfect for inspiring conversation, making new connections, exhibitor area, and catering. On summer evenings, there is no better way to finish a busy conference than with drinks in our tranquil courtyard hidden away from the hustle and bustle of London's West End or you could transform it into an outdoor area with music.

We offer a range of DDR and bespoke packages suitable for every occasion. Along with our catering partner, Searcy's, we have several initiatives to reduce waste and carbon footprint; these include locally sourced suppliers, sustainable lighting and renewable energy. 

Our theatres and rooms have the latest technology, including PA systems, microphones, projectors and screens, induction loops, plus displays for your digital branding and event content. We offer streaming and filming capabilities, making them ideal for holding small meetings and significant hybrid events or recording your event to share afterward.

If you're not a Wizz at tech or have a complicated or bespoke brief, our in-house AV team is happy to provide ideas and tailored solutions for those events that require "thinking out of the box."
